Refund Policy
Our policies regarding refunds and service guarantees
1. Digital Services Policy
All account recovery services provided by BloxUp are digital and begin immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of these services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced on your case.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- No work has been started on your case (must request within 24 hours of purchase)
- Service was not delivered as described in our terms
- Technical error caused duplicate charges
- Service could not be performed due to circumstances on our end
- We determine we cannot help with your case before starting work
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in these situations:
- Cases where Roblox upholds their original decision after our appeal
- Change of mind after work has begun on your case
- Failure to provide required information for your case within 72 hours
- Violations of Roblox Terms of Service that prevent account recovery
- Cases where incorrect information was provided by the client
- Terminated accounts that cannot be recovered due to severity of violation
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
For subscription services, refunds will only be issued for the most recent payment if requested within 48 hours of the charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@bloxuprecovery.com with the following information:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting evidence
- Your Roblox username associated with the case
- Payment method used
Refund requests typically receive a response within 48 business hours.
6. Service Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee account recovery (as final decisions rest with Roblox moderation), we offer the following assurances:
- Premium and VIP service clients receive free follow-up appeals if the first attempt is unsuccessful
- We provide transparent communication about your case status
- If we determine we cannot help with your case, we will refund before starting work
- Our success rates are based on accurate information and cooperation from clients
